Meg Walker

Meg qualified as a Stott Pilates Mat Work Instructor in 2004 and is a specialised exercise instructor to pregnant and post-natal mothers and is the founder of, and the honorary secretary to, the Guild of Pregnancy and Post-natal Exercise Instructors. This is a national not-for-profit organisation that she set up in 1999 to support Pregnancy and Post-natal Exercise Instructors and to enable members of the public to access teachers who are appropriately qualified.
Meg is also a qualified exercise to music instructor, and as well as teaching group aerobics classes, she teaches exercise to the elderly and on a one-to-one basis.

In addition to her exercise teaching, Meg is a qualified breastfeeding counsellor and works with the National Childbirth Trust helping parents throughout the Five Valleys.  She is also the founder of, and runs, MOBS in Stroud, a support group for mothers.  Meg is also the author of Easy Pilates for Pregnancy.
When not working, Meg enjoys gardening, historical novels, walking and travel.
